The Roads and Transport Authority Mecklenburg-Vorpommern works continually to maintain and expand an efficient road and cycleway network. We currently manage 1,980 kilometres of federal and 3,330 kilometres of state roads. This also includes cycleways associated with the roads.
We not only undertake major planning and construction projects but also smaller regional transport projects: from local bypasses to the renewal of carriageway surfacing and the building and maintenance of cycleways.
