Terms and conditions of participation
Payment of conference fees
The conference fee is EUR 120 per participant. Please transfer the conference fee to the following account of Landeszentralkasse MV / LA Straßenbau no later than 29.02.2024, stating your name and quoting the payment reference:

You will receive a personalized payment reference during the registration process.
The main speaker of each presentation will be exempt from the conference fee. Co-authors will be charged the full conference fee.
To cancel your registration, please send an email to: iat2024@sbv.mv-regierung.de. Cancelling the registration free of charge will only be possible until 31 January 2024; no refunds will be made for cancellations after this date.
Information on the publication of your name within the event
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and used as part of our activities to organize the event (e.g. to provide presentations for download, photos of the event or prepare a list of participants to be used internally). By registering for the event, you also give consent to the use of this data.
Information on audiovisual recordings
Audiovisual recordings will be made during the event. The Ministry for Economics, Infrastructure, Tourism and Labour of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania and the State Office for Road Construction and Transport of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania will be entitled to publish the recordings for the purpose of public information. This applies in particular to publication on www.regierung-mv.de/Landesregierung/wm and www.strassen-mv.de, on the social media channels of the Ministry (Facebook, Instagram) and the State Office (X, Facebook, Instagram) and in print media (information brochures, press releases, presentations). Any participant will have the right to object to audiovisual recordings featuring him or herself being made. Such an objection must be made on the day of the event and at the venue of the event, and reasons must be provided. The objection is to be made to the person making audiovisual recordings at the venue.
